We are a Victorville commercial floor care company that offices, stores, churches and property managers rely on for VCT strip and wax and commercial carpet cleaning. We schedule the work for when your space is empty and walk the floor with you when it is done. We drive over from Apple Valley, about 20 minutes away. For homes, see carpet cleaning. Real jobs, real reviews
"We worked with James to get our investment property in order after our previous tenant made a mess. James was communicative."
"James and his son were wonderful. I was having a flooding issue. He came on a Sunday and was so kind and helpful. And reasonable."
"Stubborn cat pee. They came out the same day we inquired. The stain and smell are gone."
A city with a lot of floor space
Victorville is the biggest city in the High Desert, with about 141,000 people. That comes with a lot of storefronts with VCT floors, offices with commercial carpet, and churches and community rooms that see a crowd every week.
Desert dust on commercial floors
Spring wind in Victorville carries dust in every time the front door opens. On VCT, that grit scratches the wax and dulls it fast near the entrance. On commercial carpet, it piles up at the door and down the main walkways. Walk-off mats at the doors and regular cleaning keep it from grinding in.
Apartments and rental turnovers
Almost 1 in 10 Victorville homes are in buildings with five or more units (Census ACS 2024). Property managers use us to turn units between tenants: carpet, tile and grout and upholstery in one visit. Send the unit addresses and the move-in dates and we will put a price together.
How the work goes
For a strip and wax, the floor has to be clear while the finish dries, so we plan that part for when nobody needs to walk on it. For carpet, we can work around furniture that stays. The full step-by-step is on our main commercial floor care page.
How it works
- We walk the space and give you a quote.
- We schedule around your hours.
- We clean the carpet or strip and wax the tile.

Commercial Floor Care in Victorville: questions
Do you strip and wax VCT floors in Victorville?
Yes. Stores, offices, churches and other spaces with vinyl composition tile.
Can you work before or after business hours?
We schedule around your business. Tell us when the space is empty when you call.
How often should a Victorville storefront floor be waxed?
It depends on foot traffic. Busy entries with desert dust wear the finish faster. We can look at your floor and tell you.
Do you clean commercial carpet?
Yes, with hot water extraction and extra time on entries and walkways.
Do you clean church and community room carpet?
Yes. Rooms that fill up once or twice a week get gray first at the doors and down the aisles. We schedule around services and events so the room is ready when people arrive.
Can you quote several apartment units at once?
Yes. Send the addresses and what each unit needs, and we will put a price together.
How do I get a commercial quote?
Call (760) 948-7070 or send the quote form with the type of space and its rough size. We walk the space and give you a price before we start.
