Along US 395 and Air Expressway
Most of Adelanto's businesses sit along US 395 and Air Expressway. On windy days, every customer who comes through the door brings some of the desert with them. On VCT, that sand scratches the finish at the entrance and down the main aisle. On commercial carpet, it collects at the door. Walk-off mats and a regular cleaning schedule keep it from wearing the floor out early.
VCT strip and wax
When VCT finish gets scratched, yellow or patchy, it is time to strip it and lay down fresh coats. The floor has to stay clear until the finish dries, so we schedule it for after closing or a day the space is empty. We walk the floor with you when it is done.
