Adelanto Water Damage Restoration. Shut It Off, Then Call.
We are an Adelanto water damage restoration company homeowners and landlords rely on when a supply line breaks, a water heater leaks, a washer hose bursts or storm water gets inside. If water is coming in now, shut it off at the main, stay away from wet outlets and call the 24-hour line at (760) 948-7070. We extract the water from the carpet and pad and set up drying for the floor and walls. We come from Apple Valley, about 26 minutes away, and once things are dry we also do Adelanto carpet cleaning.

Newer homes still leak
Adelanto's homes are the newest in the area, but newer does not mean leak-proof. Washer hoses, toilet and sink supply lines, and water heaters all have a working life. A home built around 2000 can have its original water heater or hoses still in place. Check them once a year and replace any hose that is bulging or cracked.
Before we get there
We are about 26 minutes from Adelanto, so what you do in the meantime matters. Shut off the water at the main. Turn off power to wet rooms if you can do it safely. Move furniture, electronics and anything on the floor out of the water. Put foil or plastic under furniture legs that have to stay. Then open windows if it is dry outside.
Storm water is different
Water that comes in from outside during a storm has run across the ground and carries dirt with it. Pad soaked by that water is usually replaced, and the floor is cleaned before it is dried. Tell us where the water came in when you call.
Landlords and tenants
With almost 4 in 10 Adelanto homes rented, tenants should call the landlord as soon as they find water. Either one can call us. We work with whoever is at the house and keep the owner updated. The full drying process is on our main water extraction and drying page.
How it works
- You call the water emergency line.
- We extract the standing water from carpet and pad.
- We set up drying equipment for the carpet and the structure.
- We check back until it is dry.
